A CIA agent posing as al-Qaeda in Philippines
These suspicions stem from a bizarre incident on May 16, 2002, in Davao. Michael Meiring, a U.S. citizen, allegedly detonated explosives
in his hotel room, injuring himself badly. While recovering in the hospital, Mr. Meiring was whisked away by two men, who witnesses say
identified themselves as FBI agents, and flown to the United States. Local officials have demanded that Mr. Meiring return to face charges,
to little effect. BusinessWorld, a leading Philippine newspaper, has published articles openly accusing Mr. Meiring of being a CIA agent
involved in covert operations "to justify the stationing of American troops and bases in Mindanao." Yet the Meiring affair has never been

Hazel reported he (a U.S. citizen, Michael Meiring) was "a CIA operative and had spent 10 years on assignment associating with Islamic
groups, Abu Sayef, MNLF, Moro Islamic Liberation Front, and other Philippine based Islamic groups, supplying them with US counterfeit
notes (courtesy of US intelligence) and bomb making materials so that they may create terrorist mayhem within the Philippines, giving the
US a pretext to move in and "help," just like in Indonesia — just like nearly everywhere else these Mafia-like thugs can plant their terror
and, "protection" racket."
The story set off alarm bells with me. I have long insisted that al-Qaeda is nothing more than a CIA/Mossad strategem, useful in creating
havoc when the U.S. military wants to respond to a threat. Got a place you want to invade? Have al-Qaeda blow something up, and we'll
respond. It's a policy very much on the order of the Israeli formula, which creates terror to respond to whenever it wants to instill its
repression of those whose land it wants to steal.
So now that every time I hear about al-Qaeda doing some dastardly deed, I simply assume it is U.S.-Israeli operatives committing some
"false-flag" operation in order to achieve some other, devilish purpose, just as we saw in Istanbul, Turkey the other day.
I wrote about this earlier (http://www.warfolly.vzz.net/theperfectenemy.html) in a piece called "The perfect enemy" which was widely
circulated. The point being, an enemy under your complete control which you can deploy at your own whim is the perfect vehicle to keep
the war machine making money, and Meiring is one of the best examples of that formula.
The so-called Muslim insurgency in the Philippines (and in a gaggle of other countries) is nothing more than a false-flag operation
provoked by the CIA/Mossad construction named al-Qaeda in order to provide a justification for further military action and expenditures on
armaments, not to mention that new cash cow, rebuilding countries the U.S. has destroyed, using American corporations with close ties to
the Bush Administration. That's really the growth industry you should be investing in, if you're a murderous pig with absolutely no
conscience about who you kill and what you destroy.
Istanbul was the most recent example of one of these false flag operations, as was Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, and, a little while back, the

Photos reveal the brothers on family holiday to the Swedish town of Falun, 150 miles north-west of Stockholm, when Osama was 14 and
Salem around 19. The brothers had recently inherited a fortune from their construction magnate father, Mohammed. He left millions to
each of his 57 children by 12 wives after dying in a plane crash in 1968. Osama and Salem first visited Falun in 1970, arriving in a blue
Rolls-Royce flown to Copenhagen by private jet. They liked the town so much they returned with other family members a year later.
Learning that the Bin Ladens, originally from Saudi Arabia, were staying at the Astoria Hotel, a local photographer asked the unusual
visitors to pose.
Astoria owner Christina Akerblad said last night: 'They were beautiful boys, so elegantly dressed. Everybody loved them. 'Osama played
with my two boys, Anders and Gerk. 'What's happened since is absolutely terrible. The first time I realised Osama had turned into a
terrorist was when I saw his photograph in a magazine article about the bombing. He and his brother were such nice boys.' At that time
the brothers both delighted in their enormous wealth. Salem - wearing a polo neck and slacks as he crouches three places from Osama,
in jeans and a skinny rib jumper - put a large part of his money into business ventures, including Arbusto Energy. Mr Bush was not long
out of Harvard Business School when he started the company in 1978.
Salem watched it grow into a hugely successful business until his death in a microlight plane crash in Texas in 1983. As he built his own
business empire, Salem Bin Laden had an intriguing relationship with the president-to-be. In 1978, he appointed James Bath, a close
friend of Mr Bush who served with him in the Air National Guard, as his representative in Houston, Texas. It was in that year that Mr Bath
invested $50,000 (about £34,000) in Mr Bush's company, Arbusto. It was never revealed whether he was investing his own money or
somebody else's. There was even speculation that the money might have been from Salem. In the same year, Mr Bath bought Houston
Gulf Airport on behalf of the Saudi Arabian multimillionaire. Three years ago, Mr Bush said the $50,000 investment in Arbusto was the
only financial dealing he had with Mr Bath.
Last night a White House spokesman was unavailable for comment. Before his death, Salem was married to Briton Caroline Carey, now
35. She has never spoken about her brother-in-law Osama, who was disowned by the rest of his family in 1991 when he was expelled
from Saudi Arabia for his anti-government activities. Now living in luxury in a Cairo villa, she has married twice into the Bin Laden family
- first to Salem, and now to a younger brother, Khaled. She has a daughter by each brother. Three years ago a family friend said: 'She
first met Salem when she was just a child - no more than five years old. 'He was a friend of the family but at that stage no one would
have dreamed that they would end up marrying.
'When they met again as adults, Caroline was 20 and Salem twice her age. 'Salem was the head of the Bin Laden family as the oldest of
all the brothers and sisters. 'He was a man with a powerful presence.' They married and, after his death, Caroline decided to bring up
her daughter in Saudi Arabia. 'Caroline was a widow for nearly ten years before deciding to marry Khaled,' said the friend. 'He is one of
the younger brothers and very quiet and loving. 'She can never speak publicly about her marriage, or anything else for that matter, or
she would be cut off from the family.' Caroline's father, a retired psychology lecturer from Hampstead, said: 'My daughter is very happy
with Khaled. She decided to stay on in Saudi Arabia because she found her family there to be so loving and supportive.'
Yesterday FBI agents swooped on a Boston suburb where around 20 of the wealthy relatives of Bin Laden live. They questioned them at a
condominium complex in Charlestown. Agents even began visiting nightclubs to collect credit cards of younger members of the family.
Bin Laden's younger brother Mohammed, who is said to have moved back to Saudi Arabia with his wife and children several years ago,
owns a ten-bedroom mansion in nearby Wayland. Another younger brother, Abdullah, is a 1994 graduate of Harvard Law School. The
family has given it £2million in endowments to research Islamic law. Most of Bin Laden's family have in the past strongly denounced the
44-year-old fugitive, now living in Afghanistan. The FBI in Boston has long been aware of his extended family and began monitoring their
activities after the 1998 terrorist bombings of U.S. embassies in Africa. The Bin Ladens still run one of the biggest construction
companies in the world.

These global elites have a vast intelligence network that operates through, over and above the American CIA, the British MI6 and the
Israeli Mossad. They have been the major supporters of violent Islamic Fundamentalism from the very beginning, and they continue to
manipulate these violent religious fanatics for their own ends. The events of September 11 were engineered by these global elites.
The U.S. Government played a key role in nurturing its nemesis, Al-Qaeda. By the 1970s the Bushes and the Bin Ladens were owning airports
and oil companies together. The stock owners of one of the world's largest military investment company, the 13 billion U.S. dollar, Carlyle
Group are the Bushes and until October 2001, the Bin Ladens. Former British Prime Minister John Major is also on the board. The Carlyle Group
has been one of the main beneficiaries of the war in Iraq.(3)
The policy of recruiting Muslim mercenaries to oppose the Soviets in Afghanistan began under President Carter in 1979. Bush Sr. was CIA
Director 1975-1979. And U.S. Vice President 1981-1989. The Mujahedeen received American arms and military training care of the CIA's ally,
Pakistan Intelligence (ISI) throughout the 1980s. However the same policy continued after the Soviets withdrew from Afghanistan in 1989 and
the Cold War came to an end.
It's interesting reading some of the older stories about al-Qaeda, the so-called terror group founded by bin Laden in Afghanistan (and nurtured
by Pakistani intelligence, which was covertly funded by the American CIA), and seeing how al-Qaeda fought side by side with American
mercenaries in Bosnia, Kosovo, Macedonia and even Chechnya, but when they were conveniently needed as an excuse for going to war
somewhere else (Afghanistan and Iraq), they were quickly converted into an enemy.
Paul J. Watson's avid attention to the daily news reaped its reward on 7th October 2002 when he saved and printed stories posted on the
websites of several British newspapers. A Ministry of Defence D-notice gagging order was issued to stop the press covering the trial of former
MI5 agent David Shayler who was charged with breaking the Official Secrets Act. The gagging order came on the same day that the press
reported that the government had pressured the judge in Shayler's trial to accept public interest immunity (PII) certificates requiring the press
and the public to leave the court if sensitive security and intelligence issues were raised. By the evening of 7th October, the D-notice had forced
the London Guardian to erase an article which originally stated:
Government officials and lawyers persuaded two cabinet ministers to sign the PII certificates after they learned that Mr Shayler intended to
defend himself at the trial.(6) However the Evening Standards' article containing some of Shayler's allegations still remains on it's website:
Shayler will be defending himself during the trial. He is expected to claim that British Secret Service agents paid up to £100,000 to Osama Bin
Laden for an assassination attempt on Colonel Gadaffy in 1996.(7)
The CIA-Pakistan-Bin Laden connection with 9-11 is strongly indicated by the transfer of $100,000 to the lead hijacker Mohammed Atta by
Director of Pakistani ISI General Mahmoud Ahmad a few months before the attack. The same Director was in Washington D.C. the week of the
attack meeting with Colin Powell and the CIA Director George Tenet.(8)(9)
Le Figaro newspaper reported that between 4th and 14th July 2001, Osama Bin Laden was treated for kidney infection at the American
hospital Dubai. He met with CIA station chief Larry Mitchell and gave him very precise information regarding an imminent attack on the U.S.
Although the CIA refuted the allegation, Le Figaro refused to retract it stating the French Secret Service were a reliable source for this
story.(10)
Direct evidence of U.S. Government protection of Al-Qaeda is the document 199i WF213589 leaked to the BBC by FBI agents. Bush signed this
national security order instructing the FBI not to investigate Saudis and bin Ladens, nevertheless two of Osama's male relatives were named
FBI suspects of a terrorist group WAMY, were living just 4 blocks away on the same street as 4 of the 9/11 hijackers listed as having lived.(11)
Lawsuits have now been filed by FBI agents against the government in connection with this matter.(12)

September 2003 suggesting that the U.S. Government had prior knowledge of the 9-11 attack and allowed it to go ahead to justify their plan
drawn up a year earlier to occupy the Middle East. Mr Meacher detected a strong smell of 'problem-reaction-solution' in the air:
First, it is clear the US authorities did little or nothing to pre-empt the events of 9/11. It is known that at least 11 countries provided advance
warning to the US of the 9/11 attacks. Two senior Mossad experts were sent to Washington in August 2001 to alert the CIA and FBI to a cell of
200 terrorists said to be preparing a big operation (Daily Telegraph, September 16 2001). The list they provided included the names of four of
the 9/11 hijackers, none of whom was arrested.
A key question for the U.S. Intelligence community remains unanswered: Why has the CIA ignored for 11 consecutive months the only anti-al
Qaeda Pakistani tribal leader who had tracked bin Laden's movements ever since his escape from Tora Bora last Dec. 9? The U.S. Intelligence
community has been aware of the tribal leader's name and reputation, but did not contact him. Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz and
the then CIA director George Tenet took his name down on Aug. 4 and said he would look into it.

Palestinian security forces have arrested a group of Palestinians for collaborating
with Israel and posing as operatives of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda terrorist
network, a senior official said yesterday. The arrests come two days after Israeli
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon charged al-Qaeda militants were operating in Gaza
and in Lebanon. "The Palestinian Authority arrested a group of collaborators who
confessed they were working for Israel, posing as al-Qaeda operatives in the
Palestinian territories," said the official, on condition of anonymity.
